Clients can easily submit work order requests via their branded cloud portal. They can track the work order status through to completion.
When a client submits a work request, a work order can be auto-created and routed to a team member in the field.
Field staff can see what needs to be done and update the status, so the client knows what’s going on.
As team members complete and close work orders, status alerts are sent to internal staff and clients.
When the requested work is completed, the client portal updates the request status to Completed so they know the work is done.
